Yorkshire Three Peaks

The three giants of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Take on the Three Peaks Challenge by climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in under 12 hours. Enjoy rewarding vistas and on clear days see as far as Morecambe Bay. Walks are signposted but always take a map and compass to complete the hikes.

A trail in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, the circular Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is four and a half miles long. A year-round attraction visitors can experience the impressive trail and spectacular waterfalls. There’s six on the route including Thornton Force that falls 14 metres over limestone. Dogs are allowed on the trail, but they must be kept on a lead.

Ribblehead Viaduct & The Settle To Carlisle Railway

The viaduct is Victorian engineering at its finest spanning 400m with 24 arches making it a photo spot not to miss. Take a walk around the area of Batty Green and the spectacular surrounding landscapes. The Settle to Carlisle line is an iconic stretch of railway, so plan a trip on a steam train for the crossing. White Scar Cave

White Scar Cave

The longest show cave in Britain the 1-mile guided tour along the cave trail offers plenty to see. Take in underground streams, waterfalls, the Battlefield Cavern and thousands of stalactites. Don't miss the famous Judge's Head, stalagmite! With two low roof passages, 97 steps and a temperature of 8 degrees it’s an exciting and unique trail to do.

Set right in the middle of the market town this magnificent Victorian Music Hall offers the very best entertainment, community events, workshops and indoor markets. Expect a wide-ranging programme of theatre, live music and film with over 150 events every year. Whenever you visit there's always something going on.

Malham Cove

Malham Cove

70 metres high and 400 steps to the top the crescent-shaped cove is a sight not to miss. Make your way to the top for the limestone pavement. The cove is also famous for being used for a scene in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 movie. Watch out for the peregrine falcons during the summer months.
